1. The Program

These Messaging Terms govern the MyHomeSale Brief, the text messaging program operated by Broadcast Media Inc, a Wyoming corporation doing business as MyHomeSale.net (“MyHomeSale,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The program sends automated promotional messages about home-selling guides, tips, tools, and resources published on myhomesale.net — for example, alerts about new guides, checklists, seasonal selling pointers, and features like our net-proceeds estimator. Depending on the consents you selected when subscribing, messages may include account information, marketing, and customer-care messages. The program keyword is MYHOMESALE. By subscribing, you agree to these Messaging Terms, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Enrollment and Consent

Enrollment happens in exactly one way: by providing your express written consent through the opt-in form on our Updates page, where you enter your mobile number and check the consent boxes that describe the messages you agree to receive. We do not purchase phone lists, we do not enroll numbers obtained from third parties, and no one else can enroll your number for you. We keep a record of your opt-in — the consent language displayed, the boxes you checked, and the date and time — as proof of consent.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services, and every part of myhomesale.net remains available to you whether or not you subscribe.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on user interaction. We do not send messages on a fixed schedule; the number of messages you receive depends on the consents you selected, the resources we publish, and how you interact with the program.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply to every message sent to you or from you, according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for the program itself, but your carrier’s standard messaging and data charges are your responsibility. Check with your carrier if you are unsure about your plan.

5. Opting Out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time by texting STOP in reply to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from the program unless you re-subscribe. We honor opt-outs promptly and keep a record of them so we never message you again by mistake.

6. Getting Help (HELP)

7. Eligibility

The program is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who have a U.S. mobile phone number on a participating U.S. carrier. By subscribing, you represent that you are 18 or older, that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provided or have the account holder’s permission to enroll it, and that you are authorized to incur any messaging charges that apply.

8. Carriers and Delivery

The program is supported by major U.S. carriers, but carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and network availability, and we cannot guarantee that any particular message will be delivered or delivered on time. We may suspend or interrupt the program for maintenance or technical reasons without notice.

9. If Your Number Changes

You agree to notify us promptly at [email protected] before or promptly after you change, deactivate, or give up the mobile number you enrolled. This prevents messages intended for you from being sent to a stranger who is later assigned your old number. We also screen against number-deactivation data where available, but your notice is the most reliable protection.

10. Your Privacy

We treat your mobile number and consent data with strict care: we do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. This information is shared only with the messaging service provider that transmits our messages, solely to deliver them. 11. Changes to the Program or These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the program, in whole or in part, at any time, and we may update these Messaging Terms from time to time. When we update these terms, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page; material changes will be noted more prominently on the Site or by message. Your continued participation in the program after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, reply STOP to unsubscribe.
